That’s right, I have LOTS of shit to talk about.
Like how Warner Bros. should hire me to direct/write Gears of War the movie.
They’re holding off because the story they went with was going to cost over 100 mil, well shit, I will not only come in under budget, but I would make a kick ass movie.
I’m thinking a District 9 type of documentary style would work so well for this sort of movie…
Gerard Butler would make a great Marcus Fenix too.
C’mon WB, let’s make this happen. I’ll do it for cheap but it will be amazing.
Anyways, that’s my spiel there…been tweeting a lot and working a lot and just trying to maintain this thing called life. The Lyrics Born AS U WERE campaign has kicked off and that means busy busy busy.
anytime LB launches a new record we go into overdrive. So much to do and so much to make sure we do. It’s great though — I live for this type of thing. And this record kicks ass. Each time he just takes up another notch and this is no exception.
D-Sharp is going on tour with Kelly Rowland and has been tapped to perform at DJ MindMotion’s birthday bash this week. If you don’t know MindMotion is THE DJ in the Bay. He spins for 106 KMEL (biggest hip-hop/r&b station in the Bay — one of the biggest on the west coast) and likes D-Sharp’s single, “Definition of a Star” — the one I did the video for.
So I’ll be filming that, which should be just amazing.
What else…working on websites and videos and graphic design as usual. Trying to stay busy, but not too busy. I’m really excited about the work I’m doing with Karyn Paige. She’s an amazing vocalist and it’s been so fun to work with her and bring her to this next level of accessibility and everything with Facebook/Twitter and her website which we’re working on.
Stay tuned for more from Karyn as we prep for her EP launch later this year. This girl will be goin’ places, trust me.
Hoping to head back down to LA in May to get some more video with Katee Sackhoff. She’s a busy woman I must tell you. Awesome person and amazing actress though.
Which reminds me, “24″ has been really cool this season. I’ve never really watched it except for this current season and I have to say it’s been really keeping me entertained. At first I was just gonna watch it because Katee was in it — sort of my job really — but then I actually got into it and now I watch it every week.
Since I haven’t really mentioned it a lot on my blog, I have to say that I’m working a lot on this script I’m going to be doing called “Black Betty”. It’s an interesting story and a different take on a somewhat common tale, but I think people are really gonna dig it.
That’s all for now. Follow my Twitter or hit me on Facebook to keep up with my daily stuff, otherwise you may have to wait another month or two before I write on here again.
That is all.
Adios.
